Refund policy

At Natural Aura Bodycare, we are committed to providing high-quality handmade body care products and sea moss gel. Due to the nature of our products, the following refund policy applies:

 


Body Care Products

Unused Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a store credit.


Sea Moss Gel

Non-Refundable: Due to the perishable nature of sea moss gel, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Quality Concerns: If there is an issue with your sea moss gel, such as spoilage upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.


General Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
